Good service. Great hotel very closed from the airport there is connecting mall from hotel to Mall Metro is near by and quiet area that is the reason I choose this hotel Mr man Kumar is very helpful person at concierge from the my arrival to until depature he provided me excellent service All perfect this hotel. .

Creating memories. Dear Bhawna and Atif, Thank you for thw wonderful hospitality. It was a great experience. Your kind gesture in arranging a birthday cake at breakfast made our daughter feel really very special. We are carrying fond memories back home and will cherish these moments forever. Thank you very much. Overall everything was great from the hotel room, breakfast dinner, location etc. Special shout out to the dinner at Anees. Amazing food and variety. It was a great blend of global cuisines. Everyone could relish the dinner as it caters to each individuals taste bud. If we come to Dubai again, we would definitely stay here again.. .

Great experience in the SPA. Great Experience with Seksun in the SPA, helped relieve my back ache, handled the pains expertly. Would highly recommend it. .

Great stay. Stayed for two nights as part of 9 night holiday in Dubai, in a creek view room. This was our 3rd visit as we love the location and being beside the Festival city Mall. Booked a standard room but the one we were given seemed bigger than before and had great views. Don’t know if we got a slightly better room. The room was not musty as was our last stay so I was very happy. Everything just worked for us and felt very comfortable. Staff were all very kind and helpful giving us a check in a few hours earlier and a couple of hours later at check out which made our visit better. We had breakfast in the buffet restaurant each day which was good and Dinner in the Anise buffet restaurant in the intercontinental hotel adjoining the hotel. Dinner had a wide choice and water and coffee is given if on half board which I like. The staff here were very pleasant and went out of their way to show us where to watch a firework display outside the hotel one night at Festival Bay. That was very kind. The two hotels share a large pool deck area with several pool options. Love this and the views over the creek. Like the recycled bottled water. The hotel has direct access to the mall which always has a nice more local buzzy feel to it with plenty of cafes, restaurants and large food court if you weren’t eating in the hotels. Great choice of shops and large supermarkets and entertainment options on your door step. This visit we used the boats in front of the hotel to visit the Creek harbour area and Al Jaddaf. The hotel does have a shuttle to one terminal at the airport at certain times too which would link you to the metro to explore further afield. Had never visited at this time of year before and loved all the hotel Christmas trees , flower displays and decorations. The pop up Marsa Boulivard in front of the hotel beside the waterfront added to the holiday weekend atmosphere, all the boats lit up at night , the light displays on buildings and the firework display at Al Seef too which we could see from our room.. .

highly recommend. We had a great stay and the food options were amazing, we can highly recommend the dine around option so you can try all of the restaurants in the hotel. Everyone working here was so nice, especially chatted to Atif but every single person, whether waiter/waitress or housekeeper, was kind and helpful! Room with waterfront view was 10/10!. .

Homely. It’s always a great feeling to stay here. Special mention of AITA who keeps the room so clean and tidy. Even my clothes are neatly stacked up. Will be X back again next month. .
