Outstanding Service in a high quality efficient hotel. Outstanding service from well motivated and managed staff who make for a very cheerful and pleasant stay. Nothing seems too much trouble for example mentioned to Atta Haida of the house keeping team would welcome a pod coffee machine in room which duly arrived within 24 hours. Excellent breakfast with outside seating overlooking the canal is a wonderful setting to start the day. Location puts much readily at hand with Festival Mall having a 3 minute internal walk direct connection. No need to waste time with taxis. The Promnade offers excellent range of eating out opportunities again in great settings. And, of course one has the nightly laser fountain display as colorful boats take people on nightly dining cruises. The hotel has very efficient lifts symbolic of all that goes on. One person reviewed that the furniture is dated but that seems petty as they most likely did not like the deep brown color. The rooms are of a good comfortable size and well designed.. .

Family vacation. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The ambiance was truly delightful, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of flavours that satisfied every craving. One of the highlights was the pool Bar and there staff Special thanks for Mr.Nimal , Ms Shanika and Pool Bar team — it was simply outstanding, and We enjoyed every moment spent there. The picturesque surroundings added to the charm. A special mention to Kael and Khaled And FO team from the reception, and Pool area Team Rohan lifeguard, Thushara, Mahesh and Recreation team who was exceptionally accommodating. which was fantastic and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and beautiful scenery!♥️🌟. .

Visit 7 nights 24/10/25 - 31/10/25. I use your hotel 4 to 5 times per year. Always the service is first class. I would like to mention in particular Joana, Emelyn & Bhawna who greet me every morning at the breakfast desk with a smile & take great care to ensure I am looked after. Also Arun on the front desk how is always very helpful & courteous. Finally to all of the waiters in the Belgian bar for their exceptional service & making me feel very welcome.. .

Excellent staying in Crowne Plaza Dubai. Excellent Staff from reception to helpers especially Mss Niru who was very supportive and helpful in helping me to change my room really she is brilliant smiling face and she help my colleagues also in fixing their reservations as it was under company group reservations. .

Holiday base with family. Great hotel . Close to Airport. Food excellent. Service was exceptional & they couldn't do enough. Restaurant staff in particular worked tirelessly. Really clean. Pool area very nice. Festival Mall pretty good and next door. Overall very good.. .

10/10 service. so we stayed here for a total of 3 weeks off an on. the rooms are clean and modern, and surprisingly spacious. what makes this otherwise ordinary 5 star hotel exceptional is the service! the service is beyond great, and the staff is exceptionally kind & accommodating. notably the girls at the breakfast buffet, front desk staff, and housekeeping. heartwarmingly kind & willing to go out of their way to accommodate you when they can!! amenities are great as well! overall peaceful home away from home. definitely recommend. .
