Vicinissimo alla Basmane Gar, personale gentile, camera pulita, accessori bagno di ogni genere e pantofole, cambio asciugamani giornaliero, efficiente il servizio gratuito di parcheggio con personale dedicato che prende in consegna l'auto. Première expérience à Izmir, l'hôtel était plutôt bon dans l'ensemble, même si il y a quelques "ratés" notamment la fenêtre de la chambre, le minibar, une ampoule cassée etc. Mais le personnel à su nous aider et trouver des solutions. D'ailleurs le personnel était des jeunes et ça c'est plutôt bien ! Très gentils également et attentionnés (notamment pour mon anniversaire avec un gâteau) !. .

Otel. Odada perde askısının demiri korkutucu bir şekilde korumasız olarak duruyordu. Ve yatak tam orada olduğu için kafa çarpma durumu vardı. Musluk kırık gibiydi ve tuvalet çoktemiz değildi. Odada çöp poşeti olması ve genişliği iyiydi. Odamız check in saatinden önce hazırdı bu da olumluydu.. .
