. This hotel room was so much better than I expected! Highly recommend it if you are unable to find any other hotel near the airport. We didn’t have breakfast as we left too early, but stay was comfortable.. .

. There is a huge inconvenience when it comes to check in time and check out. I am an international frequent traveler that have been to mulyltiple hotels all over the world. I have never bern to a hotel where the check in is at 8pm and check out at 9am with option to pay 20 euro per hour for earlier check in or check out. All hotels in the world standardized check in is 3 or 4pm and check out varies between 10am and 12pm. The stay is not cheap either for the night, but this messed up corrupt check in and check out system reflects corruption at its highest levels and financial abuse of the fact that this is an airport hotel. This policy needs to be replaced with standardized check in and check out times that matches international standardized check in and check out times in most international hotels over the world. The hotel itself is clean and nice. The receprionist was argumentative when the above was brought to her attention. She should be better trained to deal with international travelers complaints.

. We had a long layover in Istanbul and it was fabulous to be able to stay in a little room with a bed, bathroom and shower rather than sitting at the gate. And we didn’t have to go through security again, which was even better. Very sweet lady showed us to our room and gave us slippers. Highly recommend.. .

. Never a wow but convenient. Service is adequate, restaurant poor. Have stayed booked 8-9 rooms in last couple years. Means nothing to them. Management response to guests, About as helpful as a slap in the face. Maybe too much business to give a personal response. . .
